DLA Piper has advised a group of lenders comprising Oldenburgische Landesbank Aktiengesellschaft, AkquiVest, and Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien on financing aspects of the acquisition of eduPRO Group by a German-Swiss investment company, Invision.

Headquartered in Vienna, eduPRO, is a leading European education group in the field of services for professional development, qualification and adult education in Austria, Germany and Hungary. With approximately 1,000 employees and trainers, the group offers a wide range of educational measures for over 20,000 course participants annually, at 85 locations.

Since its founding in 1997, Invision has successfully developed into one of the leading investment companies for business succession and growth financing for medium-sized companies in Europe. It invested over 1 billion euro of equity capital in more than 60 companies and achieved a sustainable value growth.
