AZB & Partners advise Montblanc Services B.V. and RLG Europe B.V. on ending ties with Titan

Mont Blanc India Private Limited and Titan Company Limited (Titan) ended their five year old Joint Venture in India by mutual agreement.

Montblanc will now operate and expand as a wholly-owned subsidiary in India.

AZB & partners advised Mont Blanc and RLG Europe B.V. (RLG) in the acquisition of 49% equity stake by RLG from Titan of Mont Blanc India.

A stock exchange disclosure by Titan read, "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and as communicated to the exchanges vide letter dated 08th October 2020, we hereby inform you that, on 12th March 2021, the Company has completed its exit from Montblanc India Retail Private Limited (MB India). Consequently, MB India ceases to be an associate/ N Company of the Company w.e.f 12th March 2021."
