Indian law firm Dhaval Vussonji & Associates has promoted Malavika Menon to Partnership. It also promoted Principal Associates Bharati Shah and Roopali Gosar to Associate Partners.
Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is one of the few firms where a lot of women lead the pack at the Partnership level. With these promotions, the Partnership at the firm is now six - with a male-female ratio of 1:5.
On the promotions, the firm's Managing Partner, Prachi Dave, said, "These are our home-grown lawyers, for whom the growth trajectory has been phenomenal. We are glad to be able to provide a platform for those who spend time with us while adding value to the team and our clients."
Dhaval Vussonji, the founder of the firm, remarked, "Remote working, flexible hours, and initiatives to invest in world-class legal technology have been huge enablers for us."
While Menon has been with the firm for six years, specializing in Banking and Finance, Shah and Gosar have worked for the firm for five and seven years, respectively.
