Dentons has advised a consortium consisting of the Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (TAEF) and Zamil Group Investments Company on its acquisition of a 60% stake in Metito Utilities Limited. Metito, a globally recognized leader in water and wastewater management solutions, operates across the MENA region, Africa, Eastern Europe, and China.
This acquisition marks a pivotal step in the consortium’s strategic expansion into the water and wastewater management sector, emphasizing its commitment to sustainable development and infrastructure enhancement in key regions.
