Sidley acted as the legal representative for Goldman Sachs Asset Management in a US$116M investment round in cloud-native database SingleStore. Goldman Sachs Asset Management led the financing with new participation from Sanabil Investments. SingleStore has raised US$278M in investments over the last 20 months.
