Sidley announced that Daniel Lindsey has joined its Singapore office as a partner in the Global Finance group. His job profile includes close acquaintance with the Private Equity practice. Lindsey has worked previously at Goodwin Procter and Kirkland & Ellis respectively both in Hong Kong as partner.

Particularly emphasising on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings and fund level financings, Mr. Lindsey has widespread experience acting for private equity sponsors and private credit providers on debt finance dealings.

For leveraged finance in IFLR1000 (31st edition), Mr. Lindsey has been listed as a rising star partner. Since 2020, he has also co-authored "The Fund Finance Market in Asia" chapter in the annual Global Legal Insights – Fund Finance publication.
