The world's largest law firm Dentons has announced the appointment of Erin E. Shick at the firm's pensions, benefits and executive compensation practice in the Cincinnati office.
Shick assists employers as they establish and maintain compliance related to ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and the Internal Revenue Code for qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements.
She works with companies on the compensation and benefits-related aspects of corporate transactions and advises benefits committees, boards of directors and plan trustees in fiduciary and administrative obligations on benefit plans.
A founding member of the Greater Cincinnati chapter of the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network, she serves on its Steering Committee.
