Abhilash Raghavan Appointed General Counsel Of Verizon India

Abhilash Raghavan has been elevated to the position of General Counsel at Verizon India.

With over 20 years of experience spanning litigation, corporate advisory, and in-house legal roles, Raghavan has been instrumental in delivering practical and innovative legal solutions. He has held executive leadership positions since 2015, driving value creation for businesses and clients.

Raghavan joined Verizon India six years ago and has served as Lead Counsel in the company's legal department prior to his elevation. During his tenure, he has made substantial contributions across critical areas, including board and management advisory, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, compliance (spanning labour, CSR, risk, and ethics), regulatory clearances, and crisis management. His expertise also extends to commercial transactions, including real estate, procurement, and facilities, as well as dispute resolution.
