Excello Law Expands Internationally With Launch Of First Middle East Office

Excello Law has expanded its international presence by launching its first office in Dubai through a strategic partnership with Abdelaziz Al Blooshi Advocates & Legal Consultants LLC (trading as ALB Mathew). This move strengthens Excello’s ability to serve clients in the UAE, foster cross-regional collaboration, and enhance its footprint in a key international market.

The Dubai office, operating as “ALB Mathew in association with Excello Law,” will provide a wide range of legal services, including rights of audience in the UAE’s onshore (civil) courts. This collaboration enables Excello to offer a broader scope of services under the “Advocates & Legal Consultants” designation.

The team in Dubai will be led by distinguished legal professionals Abdelaziz Al Blooshi and Sujith Mathew, specialists in Corporate and Commercial Law, with support from a dedicated group of lawyers, paralegals, and staff. Richard Ding will be made a partner and will join Sujith and Abdelaziz in driving the firm’s growth strategy in the UAE.
