Davis Polk advised Tailwind Capital Group, LLC in connection with its strategic investment in Cloud For Good. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Tailwind Capital is a private equity firm focused on investing in U.S. lower middle market services companies within infrastructure services, supply chain, and IT services. Since its inception, Tailwind has invested in over 50 portfolio companies and completed more than 245 add-on acquisitions.

Founded in 2010, Cloud For Good is a leading cloud consulting firm helping nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions accelerate digital transformation through technology. With over 3,000 implementations completed, Cloud For Good provides a range of services, including migration, data warehousing, staffing, and managed services.

The corporate team was led by Harold Birnbaum (Partner) and Ryan Olson (Associate).
