Lex Favios Represented Baani Group In Collaboration With Hilton For Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center

Lex Favios represented Baani Group as its legal counsels in the negotiations with Hilton for the development of Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center.

The new hotel, Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center, is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2024, marking Hilton's 27th hotel in India and its second collaboration with the Baani Group. Located within Gurugram’s premier IT and financial hubs, the property will be strategically situated along Golf Course Extension Road, offering convenient access to key business districts, high street entertainment centers, and upscale residential and commercial developments. This prime location is expected to cater to both business and leisure travelers, enhancing the area’s vibrant ecosystem.

The Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center will feature 223 rooms, including king rooms and spacious suites. The hotel will also offer over 15,000 sq ft of MICE space, making it ideal for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. With 26 operating hotels in India and 22 more in the pipeline, Hilton is poised to triple its presence in the country to 75 hotels in the coming years.

The Lex Favios team, headed by Managing Partner Sumes Dewan and Senior Associate Tanya Mishra, represented Baani Group in the negotiations with Hilton. Alongside them, Mr. Sahil Bhatia, Managing Director of Baani Group, also led the negotiations with Hilton.
