Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has onboarded Partner, Rajeev Rambhatla along with a team of 5 members at the Hyderabad office; Partner, Arindam Basu at the Bengaluru Office and Partner, Pradnesh Warke along with his team at the Mumbai Office of the Firm.
Rajeev Rambhatla has significant expertise in handling Commercial Disputes and Arbitration at various fora across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and other states in South India. Rajeev joins the firm with his capable team which includes Managing Associate, Pooja Sirnapelly; Senior Associate, Tameem Moeez, and Associates, Ajay Singh, Jayaram Garapati, and Aditi Karra.The Firm recently shifted to a bigger Hyderabad Office enhancing its support for the growing team and clientele in the region.
Arindam Basu, graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2006. He has more than 18 years of experience in advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital financing, Overseas Investments, Joint Ventures and Strategic Collaborations.
Pradnesh Warke, 2007 graduate with extensive experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Agriculture joins Luthra at its Mumbai office. His expertise spans corporate advisory, strategic transactions, compliance advisory, and other related legal activities. He joins the Firm from Dentons Link Legal.
