Singularity Legal adds Amit Thukral as Chief Growth Officer

He was formerly the Vice President of Legal & Compliance at Lupin for three years

Singularity Legal has announced that Amit Thukral has joined the firm as a chief growth officer.

Amit will work closely with the firm’s Assistant Vice President – growth, Sriram Parameswaran, an astute program management specialist, and a seasoned business leader with 28 years of experience in key leadership roles across sectors.

Welcoming Amit, Parameswaran said, “I welcome him to the team and believe that the firm’s capability-build stands augmented by way of his multi-sector experience, and look forward to working with him."

Holding a Master’s degree in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick, Amit has been a General Counsel to various market-listed technology, media and life sciences organizations.

With over two decades of experience in managing complex legal domain services, he held the position of Vice President, Legal & Compliance, at Lupin.
