Samvād: welcomes its newest partner Veena Krishnan
Samvād: Partners announced the joining of BTG Legal Partner, Veena Krishnan, as a Partner effective from October 17.
Veena has over 20 years of experience in real estate and property law and laws relating to the rights of women at workplace, and has worked at prominent law firms such as Poovayya & Co and AZB & Partners.
In her new role, Veena will head the pan-India Real Estate practice, and be a part of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (POSH) practice.
On her joining the firm, Veena said,
"After a happy and rewarding stint at BTG Legal, I am eagerly looking forward to working with the Samvād team which has made a mark with its integrity and professionalism. I hope to contribute to and grow the Real Estate and POSH Practices of the Firm."
Veena is a 1999 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NLSIU).
