Rahul Narayan joins Chandhiok & Mahajan as Head of Disputes Practice

He will oversee practices across offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru

Chandhiok & Mahajan has hired Rahul Narayan, as the head of the Dispute Resolution Practice in New Delhi.

Narayan is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and represented clients across courts and tribunals. He has vast experience in commercial and maritime laws, international trade, oil and gas, data protection and privacy, and constitutional and administrative laws.

Rahul in his new role will oversee the firm's Disputes practice that is spread across the firm’s four offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

A 2004 graduate of Amity University, Rahul holds a BCL from the University of Oxford. With nearly two decades of experience, he has previously worked with AZB & Partners in New Delhi and Herbert Smith Freehills in London. He is dual-qualified in India and in England and Wales.
