Pranav Atit joins Trilegal on leaving AZB & Partners

The firm's partnerships strength is now 79

AZB & Partners Mumbai Partner Pranav Atit has left the firm to join Trilegal. He is now a member of Senior Partner Ashwath Rau's team.

Zia Mody, the Managing Partner at AZB said, "We wish Atit all the very best and a bright future ahead."

Nishant Parikh, the Partner and member of the management committee at Trilegal, stated, "We are delighted to invite Atit to the partnership. Our corporate practice remains one of our fastest-growing practices, and we expect to see significant growth in instructions from private equity funds in the coming years. We believe Atit's experience in complex cross-border transactions in the PE and M&A space will help us increase our coverage."

Atit has over 10 years of experience working on cross-border M&A and PE transactions. He advises PE sponsors and strategic investors on their public and private M&A deals.

A 2012 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, he has earlier worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. In 2021, Atit was made a partner at AZB.
