Sabre Corporation, a leading software and technology company that powers the global travel industry, has announced the appointment of Chadwick Ho as its executive vice president and chief legal officer.

While reporting to Sean Menke, the company's chair of the board and CEO, Ho will oversee all aspects of legal, including governance, business transactions, commercial matters, litigation, public policy, and government affairs.

Menke stated, "Ho is a proven leader and business partner in the technology industry. We are excited to welcome him to the leadership team at an important time for the company. A Harvard Law School graduate, Ho holds a B.A. from Stanford University. With over 20 years of experience, his expertise lies in counselling technology companies on their strategy, operations, products, and services.

Previously, he served at The Walt Disney Company as an associate general counsel overseeing legal operations across the business of Disney's television networks and streaming services. From 2007 to 2021, Ho was the general counsel of Hulu and part of its executive management team. He helped the firm to grow its business from a pre-revenue stage to its current success.
