CAM Partner Dhananjay Kumar Joins South Square in London

Dhananjay Kumar, Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), has been admitted to the Bar of England & Wales and will soon be joining the barrister chambers South Square in London. At South Square, his focus will be on commercial chancery matters, particularly in insolvency, company law, and banking law. Simultaneously, he will continue practicing Indian law from CAM's Mumbai office.

Dhananjay brings extensive experience in Indian restructuring and insolvency, encompassing both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, cross-border insolvency, distressed debt trading, and special situations. He has represented a diverse clientele including Indian and foreign creditors, acquirers, and office-holders. His expertise also spans project finance and corporate finance within sectors such as oil and gas, telecom, ports, and other infrastructure domains.
