Akshat Pande joins Fox & Mandal as a corporate practice partner

The firm now has 18 partners across three offices in two cities

Akshat Pande has joined Fox & Mandal as a partner in the corporate practice. The founder and managing partner of Alpha Partners, he will merge his current practice and the entire team at the firm's Delhi office.

A 2005 graduate of the University of Delhi, Pande has expertise in private equity, venture capital, M&A, joint ventures, exchange control advisory, and investments. He has advised clients in diverse sectors including healthcare, hospitality, real estate, e-commerce (start-ups), and technology. He is also involved in advising and assisting government organizations with real estate and infrastructure projects.

Kunal Vajani, the counsel at Fox & Mandal remarked, "Pande is a well-regarded lawyer whose practice encompasses M&A, funds, and securities work. His experience stretches across many sectors and he has a history of representing domestic and international clients in high-end M&A deals.
