Squire Patton Boggs adds Andrea Dinamarco as Partner to boost its Global Financial Services Practice

Squire Patton Boggs has announced the addition of Andrea Dinamarco as a Partner to its Global Financial Services Practice.

Dinamarco supports clients on complex corporate finance transactions in new markets and/or asset classes.

Her experience includes advising business teams on full-cycle corporate finance transactions in the energy, technology and auto industries, including consumer and commercial equipment loans and leases, tax equity and structured fund finance, asset-backed credit facilities and securitizations. She also advises global clients on crypto-related finance transactions.

Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Dinamarco previously practiced law in São Paulo, Brazil, with a focus on the Latin American market. She earned her JD from the Duke University School of Law, and her BA from Duke University.

Dimarco was previously working with Reed Smith. Prior to that, she was a corporate counsel at Tesla, supporting the CFO and global finance teams, and was lead counsel for international treasury operations at GM Financial.

Launched five years ago, Squire Patton Boggs’ Atlanta office has grown to 30 lawyers.
