Sidley Advised LC Logistics’ Successful Hong Kong IPO

Sidley advised LC Logistics, Inc. on its Hong Kong IPO and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX), acting as both Hong Kong and U.S. counsel. CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and ABCI Capital Limited were the joint sponsors of the transaction.

LC Logistics’ services cover all major aspects of the cross-border logistics process, including cargo pick-up and sorting, customs clearance, cross-border seaborne transportation, warehouse transit, and last-mile delivery.

The Sidley team was led by partner Sherlyn Lau, deputy head of the China Corporate and Finance group and a member of Sidley’s Executive Committee, and Oliver Zhong. Other team members included Iris Yuen (counsel), Sophie Gu (managing associate), Maggie Bai, Melinda Li, and Robin Liu (associates), Hannah Wong (senior corporate manager), Jiangyuan Song and Yuchen Ni (senior legal assistants), and Andy Tam and Grace Guo (legal assistants).

Sidley is a leading international law firm in Hong Kong IPOs, with a strong track record of representing Chinese companies.
