The upgrade will cost 170.6 billion peso ($3 billion)
Pinsent Masons MPillay and PJS Law have advised the Asian Development Bank in its role supporting the Philippines Department of Transportation (DOTr) on the refurbishment and expansion of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila Philippines.
According to the Philippine Department of Finance, it is one of the three planned major airport development projects using public-private partnerships managed by the DOTr and the Manila International Airport Authority.
The Pinsent Masons MPillay team is being led by partners James Harris and David Platt.
The PJS Law team is led by the firm’s CEO Regina Jacinto-Barrientos.
