K&L Gates Advised Gefran In The Acquisition Of A Stake In 40Factory

K&L Gates has advised Gefran in its acquisition of a minority stake in 40Factory Srl through a fully subscribed and paid-in capital share increase.

With this investment, Gefran, an Italian multinational company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, will enhance its ability to assist industrial machinery manufacturers in optimizing industrial processes and generating value from managed data.

40Factory is an innovative Italian scale-up providing an Industrial IoT platform that enables machinery manufacturers and end-users to collect, analyze, and enhance machine data. Its platform is integrated with a generative AI system designed to assist in industrial plant operations.
