Kirkland & Ellis acted for Luminate Capital Partners in its strategic investment in Ease, Inc.

Kirkland & Ellis, a globally renowned law firm headquartered in Chicago, provided guidance to Luminate Capital Partners, a private equity firm specialising in enterprise software, in its majority-stake growth investment in Ease, Inc. (Ease), a leading provider of audit software for manufacturing plant floors.

This investment by Luminate will enable Ease to enhance its dominance in the manufacturing software industry by accelerating its innovation, new product development, and other critical growth strategies.

Eva Mak and Rodin Hai-Jew, corporate partners, spearheaded the Kirkland team, which provided counsel on the deal.

The team also included Lauren Iwasaki, Neil Datar, Jessica Jaw, Veronica Yunlu Shen, Jane Guo, associates, and Devin Heckman, tax partner, along with Allison Bray, an associate.
