Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has been advising the Renault Group on an investment by Otro Capital and its partner RedBird Capital Partners, along with Maximum Effort Investments (Investor Group) into Alpine Racing Limited.
The Investor Group will invest €200 million in Alpine Racing, representing a 24 percent equity stake, to support the latter’s growth strategy and sporting ambitions in Formula 1.
The Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer team is led by partner Stephen Hewes and counsel Piusha Bose. They are supported by senior associate Nikolay Seliakov and associates Tebogo Sibanyoni, Charlotte Lewczynski, and Maya Haria.
