Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised AIA, the leading Pan-Asian life and health insurance group, on a transformative collaboration to enhance its investment platform. As part of AIA's long-term investment strategy, the group has partnered with BlackRock and BNY to implement BlackRock’s Aladdin technology platform alongside BNY’s specialized investment operations and data management services.
This collaboration aims to deliver industry-leading investment solutions, creating a unified and scalable ecosystem to support AIA's expanding investment activities.
Clifford Chance provided comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of the collaboration, with a particular focus on the contracting arrangements.
