S&R Associates represented the brokers in the INR 21.1 billion bulk deal sales of ordinary units of Cube Highways Trust, an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) operating road assets, by one of its sponsors, Cube Highways and Infrastructure Pte. Ltd., and certain of its affiliates on the BSE.
Cube Highways Trust is one of India's largest yield platforms in the infrastructure sector, focused on acquiring, investing in, operating, and managing high-performing road assets across the country.
