An Indian law firm S&R Associates has represented Satin Creditcare Network Limited, a leading listed microfinance company in India, in a preferential allotment of INR 250 million in equity shares to Aarti Agrifeeds LLP, Adesh Agricare LLP, Adesh Agrifarm LLP and Trimudra Trade & Holdings. It also advised on INR 2 billion in fully convertible warrants to Trishashna Holdings and Investments and Florintree Ventures LLP.
