Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Accel India VII (Mauritius) Limited, Elevation Capital, Matrix Partners India Investments III, LLC, and Matrix Partners India III AIF Trust in their primary investment to subscribe to Series A compulsorily convertible preference shares and equity shares of Dezerv Investments Private Limited at a post[1]money valuation of approx. USD 100 million.
