Khaitan & Co has advised Lightspeed Venture Partners and Kalaari Capital Partners III in relation to the acquisition of a minority stake by Lightspeed Venture and Kalaari Capital in the share capital of Healthplix.
It is pursuant to a primary investment in Healthplix’s USD 18.29 million funding round led by Avataar Venture Partners and SAI Global India Fund I, which was split across a bridge round and a Series C round.
It assisted in negotiations and marking up of the transaction documents for Lightspeed’s and Kalaari’s Series C and bridge round investment in Healthplix and closing of both rounds of the transaction.
