Khaitan & Co advised the Book Running Lead Managers, JM Financial and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, on the Draft Red Herring Prospectus filed by Casagrand Premier Builder for its proposed IPO.
Casagrand Premier Builder, the largest developer in the residential sector in Chennai, aims to raise ₹1,100 crores through the initial public offering. The company filed preliminary papers with the capital markets regulator SEBI on September 19.
The IPO includes a fresh issuance of equity shares worth ₹1,000 crores and an offer-for-sale of ₹100 crores worth of shares by existing shareholders.
