Khaitan & Co advised Asia Partners along with Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP, on the USD 30 million Series A funding round for SingleInterface.
The Gurgaon-based company plans to use the capital to develop its product offerings and expand into Southeast Asian markets, as well as new regions such as Japan and Australia.
PayPal Ventures also participated in the funding round.
Founded in 2015 as part of Smile Group SingleInterface provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that assists clients across various sectors with digital marketing, customer engagement, and ecommerce-related solutions.
The deal team at Khaitan & Co was led by Partners Anuj Shah and Kartikeya Prakash, along with Principal Associate Aman Dwivedi and Associate Akshat Agarwal, with assistance from Partners Bijal Ajinkya and Rahul Jain on Direct Tax.
