Khaitan & Co has advised Guindy Infocity LLP on the negotiation and finalization of the agreements to undertake construction and development of a luxury project comprising premium residential apartments at 4 Sunny Park in Kolkata, West Bengal.

The firm was also involved in shaping the project as per the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) guidelines and provided end-to-end assistance in finalizing project documentation. It also advised on statutory compliances.
