Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Nomura on issue of NCDs by P R Enerrgy Holding Limited

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Nomura Capital India (Private) Limited and Nomura Investment Singapore Pte. Ltd. (collectively known as ‘Nomura’) on subscription to Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by P R Enerrgy Holding Limited (P R Enerrgy), which is a group company of Penna Cement Industries Limited.

As part of the transaction, on the issue, P R Enerrgy issued unlisted, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures (Debentures) in first tranche on a private placement basis to Nomura Capital India (Private) Limited and Nomura Investment Singapore Pte. Ltd.
