Leading Law firm AZB & Partners advised Axis Capital, DAM Capital and JM Financial on Uniparts IPO

Uniparts India Limited, a global manufacturer of engineered systems and solutions, has filed preliminary papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise funds through its Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Axis Capital, DAM Capital Advisors, and JM Financial are the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) to the issue.

Uniparts is one of the leading suppliers of systems and components for the off-highway market in agriculture, construction, forestry, and mining.
