A progressive full-service Indian law firm ALMT Legal has advised SIDBI Venture Capital Limited on its investment in OmniBRx Biotechnologies.
OmniBRx raised Rs.30 crores in the Series A funding round from SIDBI’s Ubharte Sitaare Fund. The funding supports the company’s vision to expand its business in the overseas market and investment in building manufacturing facilities, and production capabilities.
OmniBRx develops and manufactures single-use bioreactors (SUBs) specifically for adherent cell culture, with applications in areas including vaccine manufacturing, viral vector production, cell and gene therapies, and bio-therapeutics.
