A dynamic full-service law firm ALMT Legal has advised the Good Glamm Group on its acquisition of Bulbul, Good Glamm, a content-creator commerce company, having direct-to-consumer beauty and personal care brands, has made a 100 percent acquisition of a video commerce and shopping platform Bulbul (Aves Shopping Network) from its holding entity, Bulbulive Shopping Network Pte Ltd.
Previously, Good Glamm acquired companies including Vidooly Media Tech (online video analytics software for advertising and media businesses), Boven Technologies (Winkl brand that provides a platform connecting brands with influencers), and Popxo (digital platform for women).
ALMT Legal advised the client on the transaction structure, drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating the documents.
