Prachi Agarwal
A graduate of National Law University Jodhpur and having done her LLM in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School, Ms. Agarwal worked as a patent prosecution assistant at Ditthavong Mori & Steiner, P.C (Virginia) between 2008 and 2011 before starting her journey at Anand and Anand in 2012. Ms. Agarwal is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi. Ms. Agarwal has been a partner at Anand and Anand since 2018 and is intricately involved in intellectual property litigation including Patents, Trademarks, Copyright and Designs.
