Japanese Big Five firm Nishimura & Asahi has an existing presence in multiple Southeast Asian countries
Nishimura & Asahi, a Japanese Big Five firm, has formed a strategic alliance with WM Leong & Co, a Malaysian firm, to expand its presence in the Southeast Asian region. The alliance will be led by Daisuke Maeshiro, a partner at Nishimura's Singapore office.
This alliance will allow access to a wide range of legal services, including M&A, general corporate, labour law, dispute resolution and crisis management in Malaysia, where a high market growth is anticipated.
