Erstwhile Partner at the law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) – Harsh Kumar has joined P&A Law Offices as a Partner.
Harsh was working with SAM since 2018. Harsh has also worked with law firms such as Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), Khaitan & Co. and AZB & Partners.
Harsh is a transactional lawyer with experience of working on complex, high-end transactions involving investments into India. His main areas of practice include Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions. His clientele includes several leading Indian corporates and MNCs, financial investors and Indian start-ups and founders.
Harsh has graduated in law from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences.
