P&A Law Offices advised IL&FS and its group entities

P&A Law Offices represented and advised IL&FS and its group entities on the sale of 100% of the issued share capital of Ramagiri Renewable Energy Limited and certain fixed assets by IL&FS Energy Development Company Limited to Maithan Alloys Limited. This deal was undertaken and implemented under the resolution framework approved by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal for the IL&FS Group.
