P&A Law Offices advised General Motors on the Sale of its Manufacturing Plant Assets in Maharashtra to Hyundai
P&A Law Offices advised General Motors India Private Limited (GM) on the sale of its manufacturing plant assets in Talegaon, Maharashtra, to Hyundai Motor India Limited (Hyundai).
The deal will allow Hyundai to expand its manufacturing capacity, enabling it to produce 1 million units per year and establish an electric vehicle ecosystem, once the plant is operational in 2025.
The acquisition of the General Motors’ Talegaon plant is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions and receipt of regulatory approvals from relevant government authorities and stakeholders.
