Lex Favios acted as legal counsel to Sirca Paints India Limited with respect to drafting and negotiations of Business TranLex Favios Advises Sirca Paints India on ₹81.50 Crore Wembley Brand Acquisitionsfer Agreement, Trademark Assignment Agreement and Lease Deeds.
