He is a veteran litigator having over three decades of experience
Robin Ratnakar David has stepped down from the Equity Partnership at Dua Associates after 20 years with the firm to set up an independent counsel practice.
A first-generation lawyer, David is a 1989 graduate of the Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He has more than three decades of experience and has mentored several law students and lawyers, presently serving in positions of prominence.
He has handled commercial litigation matters for Dua Associates at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Competition Commission of India, arbitral tribunals (and erstwhile MRTP Commission, Compat, CLB).
An arbitrator in commercial matters and domain name disputes, David also serves as the governing council member of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
