Neeraj Dubey Former LKS Partner Opens His Own Firm — “The Valid Points Law Offices”
Former partner of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Neeraj Dubey, announced the inauguration of his new law firm - “The Valid Points Law Offices,” a new-generation business and commercial law firm.
To start its stint with, the firm shall have offices located in Bengaluru, New Delhi, Gurugram and associate offices all over India.
The firm’s primary focus will be on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and will provide a comprehensive range of legal, financial, and business consulting services.
Dubey has around 20 years of experience working as a corporate lawyer in multiple jurisdictions across India. On opening his own firm, Dubey expressed his delight, by commenting:
