NCLT Endorses Merger Of Six Subsidiaries With DLF Home Developers

It was carried out under the Companies Act, 2013, and the disclosure was made in compliance with the SEBI regulations

The Chandigarh Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation (merger) of six wholly-owned subsidiary companies with DLF Home Developers Limited.

The companies are Chamundeswari Builders Pvt Ltd, DLF Garden City Indore Pvt Ltd, DLF IT Offices Chennai Pvt Ltd, DLF Residential Developers Ltd, Latona Builders & Constructions Pvt Ltd and Livana Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd.

After the order is filed with the Registrar of Companies (within 30 days of the receipt), the companies will dissolve.

The merger was carried out under Section 230-232 and other provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

The disclosure followed Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
