The company plans to contest it before the Dispute Resolution Panel
The Income Tax Department has issued a Draft Assessment Order for Financial Year 2021-22 to Maruti Suzuki India proposing Rs.2,966 crore in additions or disallowances.
The car market leader has assured its stakeholders that there’s no impact on the financial operations, or other company activities.
Maruti Suzuki stated, "The company will file its objections before the Dispute Resolution Panel.”
The disclosure before the exchange was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
