Khaitan & Co advised the consortium of lenders led by Union Bank of India in relation to the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of transaction documents and conducted due diligence for the financial assistance of up to INR 1255.50 crores, by way of term loan and other credit facilities, to be availed by Avaada InClean Private Limited (the “Borrower”).
