The firm now has over 165 lawyers, including 42 partners and associate partners
DSK Legal has announced that Srinivas BR, Brijita Prakash, Karan Ajitsaria and Siddharth Suresh, along with their teams, have joined as partners at the firm's Bengaluru office. Srinivas B.R. leads the team joining us.
For several years, the four had been working with Dua Associates.

The four partners are well recognized in their areas of practice.
Srinivas BR has over two decades of experience. He is primarily involved in real estate transactions, including title due diligence and foreign direct investment. His practice includes corporate law, M&A, renewable energy, infrastructure projects, intellectual property and employment laws.
Brijita Prakash is experienced in real estate laws and litigation. With over two decades of experience, she focuses on transactions, including financing, and in the renewable energy sector. She advises leading developers, credit funds and investors.
Karan Ajitsaria has significant experience in debt and equity financing and advises leading lending institutions, NBFCs and investment funds. He is an expert in structuring financing transactions in the real estate sector.
Siddharth Suresh has significant experience in corporate and commercial laws, with a focus on private equity, foreign investment, joint ventures and acquisitions in sectors that include fintech, real estate, technology, construction and power.
