Eversheds Sutherland gives representation to women and ethnic minorities in promotions

Promoted Partners include 41 per cent female and 10 per cent minority ethnic

The global multinational law firm Eversheds Sutherland has announced a large-scale promotion with adequate representation of women and ethnic minorities.

A total of 22 partner promotions across its International and Europe network has been made with effect from 1 May 2021.

41 per cent of Eversheds Sutherland's new partners are female while 10 per cent of new UK partners belong to minority ethnic groups.

The promotions of 22 individuals as partners are spread across the firm's practice teams in 14 of its international offices including the UK, Europe and Asia. The firm has also promoted 17 lawyers to legal director in the UK and Hong Kong.
